PICK UP AT YOUR LOCAL BIKE SHOP

• Picking up your 100%, professionally assembled ebike at a local shop is the best option. When we have an area dealer, you will be presented with local bike shop options in your geographic region at checkout.
• Your e-bike will be professionally built and tuned by a trained mechanic at your local bike shop with all the love and attention it, and you, deserve. You will be notified when your e-bike is ready for pickup within 4-7 days after arrival at the shop, so you can pickup your shiny new steed at your convenience. You’ll receive a walk-through and basic fitting. When picking up your e-bike, you will be asked to show a valid government-issued ID and the order number displayed on your order confirmation email.

BEELINE HOME DELIVERY

• Your e-bike will arrive 100% professionally assembled and will be delivered right to your door by one of our certified Beeline mechanics. When we have a mobile delivery partner in your area, you will be presented with this option at checkout. Immediately upon checkout, you will receive a link to schedule your delivery right to your home or office where you’ll receive a walk-through and basic fitting.

STANDARD HOME DELIVERY

• Same-day shipping applies to orders processed by 3pm ET, Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.
• Valid in the contiguous United States (48 states) only.
• Your e-bike will arrive approximately 85% assembled out of box with additional assembly required.
